All of our products are shipped right here in Australia, out of our distribution centre. This means there’s no customs fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Skinniies. If, for any reason, you are not entirely thrilled with your order, we're here to help.

Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

- Items must be returned with their original tags attached.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Excluded Items

Certain items are excluded from our return policy for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes thongs and panties.

Return Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective product.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at help@skinniies.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

2. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item.

3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.

4. Use a tracked service to return the item to [return address].

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with processing your refund or exchange in accordance with our policies.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within [refund processing timeframe] days after receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or an alternative product, please contact our customer service. The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item.

How long do I have to return my order?

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your tracking number shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account.

Returns for refund will be subject to a $9.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Orders must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date for a refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Can I return my order for an exchange?

Regrettably, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. Instead, we suggest initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange and placing a new order for your desired item. Upon receiving and processing your return at our warehouse, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method.

Please be aware that returns for a refund will incur a $9.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. To qualify for a refund, orders must be postmarked within 30 days of your original order date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this process.

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us by email at help@skinniies.com so we can help resolve the matter. We request you include photos so we can identify what has happened.

I need to cancel or change my order

Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our best to help you with your request.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment partner, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return an item or items, please use the returns process on the website and choose the appropriate reason for cancellation. You will then need to follow the instructions on how to return your item(s) in the packaging provided.

Shipping and Delivery

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in Australia, standard shipping is free on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $9.99.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Once an order is placed, our team will collect your Skiinniies product from our distribution centre and package it.
Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Your order will then be sent via Australia Post and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 2-8 business days*.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number.

Although we require a signature on delivery, due to current COVID-19 limitations this is at the discretion of the Australia Post’s delivery driver and they may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.

*Please note: We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery - if you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.

When will my order arrive?

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.

Your order not being sent to the right address? We can help change this for you. Provided your order has not shipped, please email us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, you can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

All our orders are securely packed in our distribution centre and we use Australia Post to ship our products. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track the progress of your purchase. We guarantee safe delivery and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
